POSITION SUMMARY

The Parts Clerk provides clerical support to the Parts, Sales, and Service departments by receiving, storing, shipping and issuing parts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep stock of replacement parts that the service department needs to carry out scheduled servicing and repairs

  • Use ERP system to order, issue and process all parts orders and returns

  • Monitor all request to ensure orders are received in a timely manner

  • Receive parts within ERP to ensure shipment matches with the PO and invoice

  • Prepare and arrange all inbound and outbound parcel shipments

  • Assist the Parts Coordinator to ensure timeliness of parts warranty and monitor the process to ensure credits are received

  • Assist with incoming requests from customers and outside sales team to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly

  • Stock shelves and organize bins

  • Assists in cycle counting and parts inventory

  • Build and maintain professional customer relationships with external customers and internal staff

  • Ensure parts area is clean, neat, and organized

  • Pickup and deliver parts upon request

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Valid driver license

  • Satisfactory driving record

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year ordering and receiving parts experience
