Brown Equipment Company (BEC) is writing to inform you of an important change in its equipment
offerings. After careful consideration of the equipment needs across the six states that Brown
Equipment Company serves, BEC has decided to strategically discontinue the CUES line of
equipment, effective no later than February 16, 2025, or an earlier, mutually agreed upon date by
Brown Equipment Company and CUES. Following this transition, BEC will partner with RapidView
IBAK North America to serve customers in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Having provided
CUES equipment for more than seventeen years, BEC holds great respect for the CUES product
line.
We understand that changes of this nature may raise questions, and we want to reassure you that
we remain fully committed to supporting our customers throughout this transition.
We will continue to provide service, parts, and support for your existing CUES equipment through
February 16, 2025, or until further notice. If you have any immediate needs, our service team is fully
trained and ready to assist with any maintenance or repairs during this transition.
