Ralph E. Brown founded BEC in 1968 with the Porta-Patcher, a quick-set repair rig built so road crews could keep working instead of waiting on parts. Five decades and seven facilities later, the work has not changed. We sell, service, and support the equipment Midwest municipalities and contractors depend on every shift.
